Our first guests arrived 3,500 years ago and liked the place so much, they stayed ... According to local legend, the first Fijians arrived around 1500 BC, landing on the beach at First Landing.
Today, guests can discover and enjoy this intimate, authentic Fijian resort, ideally located only 20 minutes away from Nadi International Airport and 35 minutes from Denarau Island. The resort has easy access to the nearby Mamanuca Islands, by boat directly from the resort’s jetty. The resort is nestled amidst magnificent tropical gardens, majestic palms and massive rain trees and blessed with the only white sand beach in the Nadi area. The beach faces due west, giving you breath taking sunsets across the nearby islands. We are a small, owner-operated resort, featuring a range of accommodation options from Fijian style Bures to our two bedroom, luxurious, self-catering Royal Villa or Garden Villas and our apartment villa, each situated in their own enclosed tropical garden with a full sized pool. Nalamu Grand Villa has 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen, private 25m pool and boasts absolute beach frontage. We have a lively bar and a very popular, awarding winning beachside restaurant - Mai Kana!

First Landing is a 3-star resort, located directly on a sandy beach and offering beautiful views of the nearby Mamanuca Islands. This resort offers traditional bungalow-style accommodations and friendly service.

There are 36 spacious ‘bures’ (bungalows) and villas at the resort, all of which have been decorated in a colourful island style. Choose between the garden and ocean bures or the larger 2-bedroom villa which have their own private swimming pools.

Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the restaurant overlooking the sea. A wide range of international food, including many local dishes and fresh seafood is also offered here throughout the day.

Guests at First Landing Beach Resort & Villas will find plenty of activities on offer, including Fijian cooking classes, garden walks and crab racing. Island cruises, snorkelling and dolphin watching can all be arranged too plus there is a children’s club.
