Amaan Bungalows Beach Hotel is an established well known property on Nungwi beach in Zanzibar that was built well over 15 years ago when tourism on the island was still inchoate.

We are located at the middle of Nungwi. We are close to Langi langi beach resort and Z Hotel. We are lucky for water sports like parasailing, snorkeling, Diving and others.

Our Hotel has a nice and big Swimming Pool it will make you enjoy the fresh Air of Indian ocean under the Umbrella and test the warm weather on the sun.
