Our facility, which offers service as a first class holiday village with Aegean Sea view, is located one of the most beautiful bays of Kuşadası and is very close to town center. Moreover, our hotel is 75 km away from Adnan Menderes Airport. Our facility which is established on a large area has a capacity of 410 rooms and 1250 beds. Our facility offers our guests almost everything they would want such as options with restaurants, bars, pools, shopping centers, game center, tennis courts, paid tennis club, animation programs, kids club and mini football pitch.

Situated along the Aegean coast, Ephesia Holiday Beach Club offers a private sandy beach, 5 swimming pools and 2 big water-slides. The property includes 3 restaurants, a spa centre and air-conditioned rooms.
