Our hotel was built on the place of an old sponge refinery.
Our diving center and diving museum as well as classical decor of the building are a reminder of a 300 year old tradition of diving and sponge harvesting.
Located at the beach and close to a pine forest, the 4-star Spongiola is the only hotel on the car-free Krapanj Island. It offers spa facilities and free boat transfer.
The island can only be reached by boats from the mainland close to Brodarica, which is 400 metres away. Cars can be parked at a guarded parking lot on the mainland.
