Located in Dorfgastein in the Gastein Valley, this 4-star hotel is right next to the ski slopes and hiking trails, and only steps away from the Solarbad Thermal Spa. The spacious rooms all have a balcony.

Aktivhotel Gasteiner Einkehr’s rooms feature furniture made of local wood, a flat-screen cable TV, a safe, and a bathroom with hairdryer.

The restaurant serves traditional Austrian cuisine. A daily breakfast buffet with homemade bread and organic products from the region, and an afternoon snack are offered for guests. The Gasteiner Einkehr also features a bar, an après ski bar, and a terrace with panoramic views.

Our Spa facilities include 4 sauna - finnish sauna, steam sauna, bio sauna & infrared cabin. Massage treatments are also available. For guests staying at the property from mid-May until the beginning of September, the entrance to the Solarbad Thermal Spa is free of charge.Beginning with June 2024 we are having an outdoor natural pool.

If you still looking for an appropriate ski equipment, you will find everything you need for a great skiing day in Gastein in the basement of our 4 active hotel at the Knauseder sports shop. A ski school is only steps away, and the slopes end right at the hotel’s doorstep. In summer, several guided hikes a week take place, and hiking equipment is provided free of charge.

Free private parking is available at Aktivhotel Gasteiner Einkehr. Bad Hofgastein is 8 km away.
