The Cristallo is situated in a sunny area of Tre Valli ski slopes, part of the Dolomiti Superki area. Offering a direct access to the slopes, the hotel features a fitness and wellness centre, free parking, and a sun terrace.

All rooms come with wooden furniture, a private bathroom with bath or shower, and a TV with satellite channels. Some rooms feature a balcony, and some include a comfortable seating area and a hydromassage shower.

Hotel Cristallo is complete with a welcoming lobby, sitting room and TV lounge. There is also a children's play room.

Homemade cakes and cookies, together with more sweet and savoury items are served for breakfast, buffet style. Varied menus are available for lunch and dinner, along with a vegetables and salad buffet. During the week a local traditional dinner takes place.

Guests have free use of the spa with sauna, steam bath, Roman bath, and hot tub. A relaxation area, a gym and a health and beauty centre are also available.

During winter the hotel offers a free heated ski deposit and guests can rent ski equipment at the property's shop. Horse riding, walking and hiking activities can be organised on site.
