The hotel is a 45-minute drive from JR Odawara Train Station, and offers free shuttles from the station at 12:15, 13:15 and 14:15 (shuttles from the hotel leave at 11:30, 12:15 and 13:15). Seats on the shuttle must be reserved in advance. Shuttles to/from Gora Station is also available from 10:00 to 18:30. Lake Ashi and Owakudani volcanic valley are both a 30-minute drive away, and the Hyatt provides free parking.
