The property is just a 10-minute walk from Hongmei Road Subway Station (Line 12). The hotel boasts an indoor pool, a wellness centre and well-decorated rooms with modern interiors.

Shanghai Renaissance Caohejing is a 15-minute drive from Xujiahui commercial area and a 20-minute drive from Hongqiao International Airport. It takes 40 minutes from the hotel to Pudong International Airport.
