The first business hotel within the Sun International group, opened its doors in 2012, known as The Maslow, and named after Maslow’s Heirachy of needs.
December 2015 we celebrate our 3rd Birthday, and we are proud to say that in the short period of time we have been in operation, we have won the prestigious award of “Best Business Hotel in South Africa” through the Business Traveller Awards for the 2nd year running.

The recent refurbishment of Lacuna Bar coincides with the launch of our U.Mai Sushi bar, (U-Mai meaning ‘delicious’ in Japanese). Together with weekend afternoon teas, and private dining area, the Maslow caters for everyone’s needs and wants!

Situated in the central business district of Sandton, The Maslow Hotel, Sandton is 10 minutes’ walk from Nelson Mandela Square and Sandton City Mall. It offers luxurious accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a swimming pool.

Featuring a contemporary décor with carpeted floors, all accommodation at The Maslow is furnished with warm colours. Each suite offers a panoramic city view and comes with a living room and a private bathroom.

With views of the city, the on-site Africology Spa offers products and treatments that are natural, holistic and eco-friendly. The Maslow Hotel, Sandton offers conference and meeting facilities, and a wedding venue is available on site. The Hotel offers complimentary shuttles to the Gautrain Sandton Station, 1 km away and Sandton City Shopping Centre which 1.2 km from the property. It departs from the Hotel every 30 minutes. Wanderers Cricket Stadium is 12 minutes away by car. The tour desk can arrange local excursions.
