As Morzine were growing as a touristic resort from the early twenties. The family Grorod had started welcoming guests in their « Pension de Famille »
In 1951, Charles MARULLAZ and Fernande GROROD opened the doors of the first hotel on the right side of the river of Morzine on the site of their old family farm dating back from 1789.
Over the years, the flair of the MARULLAZ Family for hospitality has itself become a tradition. Each generation has striving harder to share with their guests the art of Savoyard Living within a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Joseph their son took over in 1973 and Jocelyne her wife join in 1981, they extend the hotel, added a Swimming Pool and all the leisure facilities.
It is know David who is taking over and started again a series of renovation to continue the Family History

Hôtel Résidence Loisirs Les Côtes is located 500 metres from the village centre of Morzine Avoriaz and 700 metres from Morzine Ski Lift, giving access to the Portes Du Soleil Ski Area. It has an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and hammam, and a fitness centre with a tennis court.

Each room at the Les Côtes is equipped with a private bathroom, a work desk and a satellite TV, as well as a balcony. Free WiFi access is available throughout the hotel.
